Another first for Greenbank Parish Church – a Pet Blessing Service, to be held in the Main Hall of Greenbank Parish Church at 3pm on Sunday 20th October 2019. Here is a description, from the Season brochure: Pets are valued and loved members of many families, but we never get the chance to bring them into our worship. Today we join in the tradition of St Francis, celebrated as a lover of animals and nature, and invite you to bring along your pets for a blessing and celebration of all creatures of the world. Contact the church office to let us know that you are coming, so that we know how many and what kind of pets to expect! This event is open to anyone, whether a church member or not.
