Finding somewhere safe to share worrying issues that are affecting us can be hard, but no one needs to face these alone. If you have concerns or are worried about a loved one, confidential help is on hand, a listening ear and support if needed to find the right pathway to appropriate expert help.
You can call our designated confidential phone line on: 0751 699 0889 from 10am to 12noon on the first Sunday of every month. The phone line is managed (other than holiday times) by someone with no connection to Greenbank.
